Returns:
If you are not happy with your Bhati Beads purchase, please notify us by email within seven days of the ship date on the package. We will email you a return authorization number and your item must then be returned unworn and in perfect condition along with the copy of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the jewelry. (Please do not ship back items without the return authorization - we will not accept delivery.) If we are notified after the seven days, we will only do an exchange or store credit, good for up to 30 days of purchase date. After that, all sales are final.
Repairs:
If a piece needs repair, there is no repair charge for jewelry less than 90 days old, but there will be a shipping charge. For jewelry more than 90 days old, there is a minimum $10 per piece repair charge, plus shipping.
Jewelry care:
Hand-dyed silk can be gently hand-washed in lingerie soap and air-dried. Sterling can be shined up with a silver polishing cloth.
